  1. 01

    Intraoral scan with scan bodies

Seat the system-specific scan body and confirm full seating, then scan the implant site, adjacent teeth, opposing arch and bite registration.

    • Hand-tighten and verify seating
    • Capture emergence profile before scan body

  2. 02

    Library matching

Match the scan body to the original library file to define implant position and orientation precisely in CAD.

  3. 03

    Design on Ti-Base

Select the Ti-Base height and design emergence profile and crown, respecting occlusion and contacts.

  4. 04

    Material choice

Monolithic zirconia posteriorly; IPS e.max or multilayer zirconia anteriorly depending on esthetic demands.

    Screw access channel

Define screw-channel angulation, using angled channels where needed to protect anterior esthetics.

  7. 07
